Very happy with the hotel stay. Rooms where clean. Breakfast was really good. Staff were really nice towards us. We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend this place if you are in this area and looking for a hotel to stay in.

the breakfast here is really good, really well prepared and looks better than the 5 stars hotels. Good kitchen staff. The place is hands down really good value for your buck. Feels safe!

No hot water for ~2 days, with no updates on when it might be back. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have generally been very pleased, but this was unacceptable. Overall, the hotel is dated and needs to be updated. Lots of things are broken. Door entrance room key locks are broken, room lamps don’t work, fireplaces inoperable, furniture and beds worn, etc. Friendly staff, great location, great breakfast and generally clean, but needs maintenance and updates. On a positive note, I appreciated the reimbursement for one night due to the hot water issues. I’ll be back.

I was so pleased with my stay. The cleaning staff at this location is exceptional and they made my stay very comfortable. I had the pleasure of meeting Yolanda, who made sure I had clean towels and sheets for me whenever I requested it. 10/10, please stay here if you plan on staying in Herndon. The location is also great, target and many other food places very close by.

We chose this hotel based on prior experience with Hyatt and also the reviews. The good: the property was clean and the breakfast was good. The bad: it was the worst mattress I have had the displeasure of attempting to sleep on. I ended up on the sofa. I'm attaching photos of the bed. Notice the manufacture date of November 2007. How is this still in use, nearly 16 years in? I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The size of the room with a full kitchen. It was pet friendly with lots of grassy areas for my dog. The breakfast was delicious with many options: omelets, boiled eggs, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, muffins, etc. Choices varied daily.

The hotel looks great outside , we got a room on the first floor , it didn’t smell good , and it was pretty dark inside. The beds need to be replaced. The breakfast was very nice , and the pool well appreciated !
